We don’t just rely on your candidate to list you as their referral source. We have a process that tracks each candidate you refer and their progress toward your payment milestones.
The $1000 referral fee is broken into 3 milestones, allowing you to earn as your candidate progresses. The first milestone is $200 and can reached within 3 weeks of submitting a referral. If your client doesn’t succeed through screening, you are paid for each milestone they reach.
