🧬During Surrogacy

How are pregnancy updates shared?

You get detailed reports directly from our case managers after every appointment. This ensures you receive accurate medical info without putting pressure on the surrogate to translate “doctor-speak.” Contact us to see examples of our detailed medical reports

Do Intended Parents need to travel for appointments or procedures?

Usually, you only travel for the birth! If you are creating embryos with us, you may need one visit. Otherwise, we manage the entire pregnancy remotely so you can stay home until delivery day. Contact us to discuss our remote monitoring options.

What happens if the surrogate doesn’t get pregnant?

If a transfer doesn’t take, we review the protocol and typically try again. Our high success rates and “Surrogacy Guarantee” programs are designed to protect you financially and medically if multiple attempts are needed. This means you’ll incur no additional agency fees until a confirmed match.

How do legal contracts work?

Once matched, we draft an agreement covering all terms. You and the surrogate have separate, independent attorneys to review everything and protect your interests. Our flat-rate structure simplifies this, avoiding hourly legal billing. You can reach out to us to learn more.

Do Intended Parents get to choose their surrogate?

Yes. We present profiles of pre-screened women who match your criteria. You review their history and meet via video chat to see if you click. It’s a mutual choice, which means we only move forward when you both say “yes.” Fill out your preferences to start matching.

How do you screen your surrogates?

We use a rigorous OB-designed process. Before you see a profile, the surrogate has passed a background check, psychological evaluation, and a medical review by our in-house physicians. This ensures she is truly ready to carry. For more information, pre-screened profiles are available on the website.

Why does physician oversight lead to better outcomes?

Unlike standard agencies, our OB-managed team oversees the medical safety of your journey from day one. We identify risks early and coordinate peer-to-peer with your fertility clinic to make sure protocols are followed perfectly. This proactive medical management minimizes complications and protects your baby’s health.

How does Physician’s Surrogacy coordinate with my IVF clinic?

We act as your medical liaison. Our internal doctors communicate directly (“peer-to-peer”) with your Reproductive Endocrinologist to manage cycle calendars, medications, and monitoring. This way, nothing gets lost in translation and you can keep your embryo transfer on schedule without you having to manage the logistics.
