Does “Fast Track” mean we skip safety steps?
Absolutely not. We never skip steps. You’ll undergo the exact same rigorous screening as a standard journey; the only difference is that we complete them before you are presented for matching
Does my pay change in the Medically Cleared program?
Your base compensation remains competitive, but you benefit by starting your earning milestones significantly sooner (weeks vs months). You may also qualify for an extra $500 bonus for prioritizing availability during the expedited legal stage.
Can I choose the standard timeline instead?

How fast can I match once I'm cleared?
Because you’re already medically cleared, matching is often around one week. You’re entering the pool ready to go, which many intended parents prefer.
Are there potential downsides to this program?
There could be a few trade-offs, depending on your personal circumstances. For instance, you have to invest time and effort before bonding with the Intended Parents, and you need to stay highly available during a short legal window.
